In an effort to get people who don’t read to “read” her blog, my wife has started having side by side podcasts with her blog posts. Secretly, I think part of it is just to be more cool than I am.
Anyway, she has a lovely reading voice and if you prefer listening to reading, I’m about to lose you to her blog forever.
Way to go Akaemi! That’s a brave step to take. She sounds better than most of the NPR correspondents I hear on the way home, so I hope she keeps it up.
I did want to be a DJ when I was younger. Podcasting doesn’t pay quite as well as being on real radio, but I’ll take what I can get. :-)
