No joke, a British bookmaker is offering up 1 million pounds for proof of the monster’s existence. To go the extra mile, he’s even distributing 50,000 disposable cameras to help in the endeavor.
Aside from the fact that disposable cameras are going to take lousy pictures, this just seems like an invitation for a hoax. Unfortunately, hoaxes just tend to degrade the entire phenomenon to the point of it being taken even less seriously.
